TACO BOYS
Working withTACO BOYS UK was an exciting collaboration in which I was commissioned to follow the journey of three fine dining chefs who had swapped the kitchen for the beach. I spent a summer in Cornwall exclusively shooting on 35mm black and white film. I then developed these at home in the dark room and many of these photos now hang on the wall of their Exeter based restaurant, STAGE, filling the space with a sense of the boys past and how they began their journey to their own restaurant...
